1988 pop music

What were the top songs in my prime, 18 years of age?
Here are the top ten according to Pop culture madness

1. What A Wonderful World* - Louis Armstrong *didn't even make it in the top 100 when released in 1967!
Classic song, but did not register on my radar
2. It Takes Two - Rob Base & E-Z Rock
Now a dud tv show
3. Da Butt - EU
mmmmmm
4. Pour Some Sugar On Me - Def Leppard
Now your talking! Remember the one armed drummer??
5. I'll Always Love You - Taylor Dayne
zzzzzzzzz

6. Sweet Child Of Mine - Guns N Roses
Turn it up loud! Juvenile, but great riff, can't see the band being as good without Slash
7. Hot Hot Hot - Buster Poindexter
another mmmmmm
8. Just Got Paid - Johnny Kemp
Who?
9. Paradise - Sade
Only if your in the mood
10. Kokomo - Beach Boys
Beautiful harmonies....but not really my thing

Just someone who happened upon your blog and wanted to say that DEF LEPPARD ROCKS! I've seen them 12 times and I'll be seeing them yet again on 9/9 here in Denver. So, when you ask if anyone remembers them, I can actually say that I have all the tunes memorized. My brother is the bigger freak who has met them all. :) I just got to meet Joe Elliott once.

Have a great day!!!!
