Veal Cutlet Steak

My wife got this uber-expensive steak on special.
I cooked it up on a hot grill, lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil.
We both agreed that it was the best steak we have ever eaten, seriously.
Thick thick juicy meat......mmmmmmm
