Well, the gutless thug got what he deserved, 7 weeks. Interesting that is was his own testimony that got him convicted. Baker's version of events is what the tribunal believed. However they judged that by him stopping it was reckless and deserved suspension. With a couple of weeks already hanging over the thugs kneck, he copped 7.
